DELIVERY

Upon the first order being made, the client will make around a 35% deposit of the total balance (This deposit depends on the Chinese factory, the order size and the actual products you wish to manufacture). The order will be put into production, and before your products leaves the factory your goods will be checked by one of our professional staff in China to ensure that the products are up to the standards set by the client. For goods being manufactured in Guandong province, container(s) will be transported to Hong Kong harbour, where the order will then be shipped en-route to the United Kingdom/USA. For goods manufactured in the North of China alternative ports will be used.

After the order has left the harbour, the shipping company will organise for the shipping documents to be sent to us; this will take approximately 2 weeks for the documents to arrive. Upon receipt of the shipping documents, the client will then pay the remaining balance. The goods will take approximately 3/4 weeks to arrive in the United Kingdom after they have left China.

When goods arrive in the UK or USA, after they are unloaded from the ship, they will need to clear customs prior to goods being shipped to your warehouse, or distribution centre.
